You will meet this standard by demonstrating technological proficiency with the Group Wiki to demonstrate completion of our assignment
3b. Collaborate with students, peers, parents, and community members using digital tools and resources to support student success and innovation
You will meet this standard by collaborating with your group members to create the material posted, edited and published within the group Wiki
3d. Model and facilitate effective use of current and emerging digital tools to locate, analyze, evaluate, and use information resources to support research and learning.
You will meet this standard by completing a research related to Cloud Computing in the classroom. In addition, this standard is met through the documentation of additional resources in your Diigo library.

Assignment
Create an answer within your group to the essential question this week: How is "the cloud" changing the way teachers use technology in the classroom?
In order to collaborate with your team to create a final product this week, you will use a Wiki. The Wiki is a tool that allows everyone on the team to add to and edit one document. Everyone on your team can make changes in the Wiki, and as the administrator of the site, I can see all changes that are made on the page, and who made them. As you can imagine, this is a wonderful tool for transparency in group activities!
In order to complete the assignment, each member of the team should take on ONE of the following topics to research:
Each member should post the information they find (including any relevant links and videos and/or images) to the Group Wiki. The group should edit the Wiki over the week to insure that the overall document is organized, coherent and of sufficient quality. The final group Wiki is Due on Friday by midnight.

- Voicethread and Lesson Plans for Voicethread
- Google Apps and Lesson Plans for Google Apps. Bitmoji's and Google Chrome Extensions
- Canva - Create an item you can use in your classroom or for your school. For example, tickets for attendance celebrations, science fair posters...etc
- Evernote and Teacher Productivity
- Digital Platforms and Educational Tools: Why are these beneficial for teachers and students to use? Choose one of the following from the list to explain more in depth)- Google Classroom, Blackboard, SeeSaw, Canvas, Book Creator, EdPuzzle, and Padlet.
- Trello - How can this be used in the classroom? For example, Grade Level Planning teacher to student communication...etc
- TeacherTube and the Classroom
- Cloud Applications for sharing information across devices and platforms (iPad, Windows, Mac - e.g. Dropbox)
